Age Bands We Serve
Ages 10–14
Ages 10–14 (prevention) — early support before problems escalate. We follow each youth from age 10 to 25 — the relationship does not end until the young person has landed with a diploma and a job.
Ages 15–17
Ages 15–17 (intervention) — active coaching and mentoring during the critical teen years. We follow each youth from age 10 to 25 — the relationship does not end until the young person has landed with a diploma and a job.
Ages 18–25
Ages 18–25 (transition to employed adulthood) — career development and job placement. We follow each youth from age 10 to 25 — the relationship does not end until the young person has landed with a diploma and a job. Programs are anchored by The Hub, our physical family walk-in hub in Bloomington — same-week intake, no wrong door.
